In a effort to improve customer support starting December 13, 2010 we will begin using Zendesk. Its a easy to use ticket system that makes it simple to submit request via email/our website.
You are still encouraged to call us anytime you need help, but when submitting files, asking questions or for support; tickets are best practice. All calls will be given a ticket number that you can track.
This will ensure a prompt & accurate response from Mckinley Media Group.
To get started

Once you have a account you can send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a ticket.
