Challenge
The client had just converted from a standard HTML Website to a CMS, the CMS made it easier for staff to update but NABJ was seeking advanced customization, training & maintenance.
Process
We discovered that NABJ wanted their Web presence to educate/inform members of the latest events & increase membership. We then worked with NABJ to find the best ways to communicate with their membership base.

We found that users were divided between two basic motives for use: events and networking/jobs.
