How soon do you get back to them? Once a customers reaches out to your company, the clock is ticking before them move on or go to a competitor.
Tips:
Follow up with leads in under 3 hours if not sooner
Best time to call them back is W-Thru 8am & 4-5pm
Call back more than once, at least 6 times
If you do this you will close more sales.
